For a quick relaxation trip, the room was great. Clean relaxing room, breakfast area was clean and food was decent. But...jets in the hot tub were barely working, however the pool area was clean and Michelle brought towels when we let her know they were out. What we did notice was the back patio are could be used a little better like the hotel next door, fire pit, possibly corn hole.There is a decent amount of room and I think this hotel could use that slight upgrade out there...the inside has it with the fireplace, would love to see the outside have it. Thanks for having us♥️

This Holiday Inn was a very pleasant experience for me. I wanted a place with a hot tub and got it! The staff there was top notch. Jade at reception was phenomenal! It was an easy check in and she gave me some great information on attractions in the area and printed directions to a souvenir shop nearby. There was a very pleasant lady working in the kitchen that offered a serving tray to me as she saw me load up plenty of food to take to my room. There was also a young man cleaning up the lobby and chatting it up with me while watching HIS favorite team (Carolina Panthers). Overall the place was clean and comfortable and the staff again was what made my visit enjoyable. I will be back!!! Good work guys!

What a pleasant experience! My family & I enjoyed our stay; it was much better than we'd expected. The staff was professional & friendly, the room was very clean & comfortable. We certainly plan to go back there to stay if/when we're in town again!!

The only complaint that we had was the slow water drainage in the tub while we were showering, which shouldn't take much to fix. Other than that, it was an awesome stay.

Very clean hotel with a friendly staff. The rooms are spacious and updated. Very comfortable beds. It was a great stay. My only complaint, which is minor, is that the coffee wasn’t great. But I would definitely stay again if I travel to Raleigh in the future.

Rooms were clean but I did have a strand of curly hair in my towel. It was nice to have complementary toiletries and beauty products. The room doors close heavily and loudly. The housekeepers talk loudly in the hall in the AM. The towels and wash cloths feel cheep. I had a room that faced the woods so the privacy with the curtains open was nice.

The staff was friendly and very helpful. The beds for comfortable and up to date. Everything was very clean. They provide good quality shampoo and conditioner that made it convenient for the whole family. The pillows were nice quality as well.
